Report a KAS concern

DRAFT. Counsel has not reviewed this page. It is not in force. Times and roles marked proposed are not a promise.

AI Verify process checks 1.6.1. This page is the public text for those checks. It is not a pass mark. Certification is in progress. Qypu holds no certificate yet.

In one line

A public email channel for an adverse impact of KAS, and a draft promise not to punish a good-faith report.

The short version

Which checks this page answers

This page is the public text for AI Verify process check 1.6.1. It gives a public channel for an adverse impact of KAS, and a draft protection statement for the person who reports one.

How to report

Email privacy@qypu.ai with the subject line "KAS concern". That address routes to Byron Fuller.

Say what happened. Say when. Say who was affected, without sending secrets you do not need to send. Say whether you want a reply, and how to reach you. You do not have to give your name. If you do not, we may be unable to reply.

Use this channel for harm. A person was misled, blocked, charged, or exposed. A refusal that should not have happened counts too.

The proposed acknowledgement time is 3 business days. That time is proposed. It is not in force. This page does not promise a fix date.

Security reports

A vulnerability is a different report. Send it to security@qypu.ai, under the KAS security page. Do not open a public issue for a vulnerability. Do not include an exploit in the concern email if a short description will do.

Whistleblowers

This is the draft promise. Qypu will not fire, sue, or threaten a person because they made a good-faith report of an adverse impact of KAS. The person can be an employee, a contractor, a witness operator, or a member of the public.

Good faith means the person believed the report was true, and did not file it to harass someone. A report that is wrong on the facts still counts, if it was made in good faith.

The promise is not in force. A lawyer has not reviewed it. This page does not name a statute. It does not tell you that a particular whistleblower law applies to you. If you need that advice, ask a lawyer.

Qypu will not ask you to stay silent about a report to a regulator. This holds where the law gives you the right to speak.

What is not operating

There is no call centre, no anonymous web form, and no external ombudsman appointed by Qypu for KAS. The channel is the mailbox above.

No case numbers are issued today, because no intake process is running. Mail that arrives is mail to Byron Fuller. Whether that mailbox is read on a schedule is not confirmed on this page.

Misuse of the Qypu social product has its own line on the acceptable use policy. Complaints about the Qypu product also go through the complaints page.
