How to delete your data

• In qypu: sign in at app.qypu.ai, open Settings, then Connected accounts to disconnect a platform, or Workspace, then Delete workspace to delete everything.
• Facebook / Instagram: go to Facebook Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, remove qypu and choose to send a deletion request. You will receive a confirmation code and a link to this page to check status.
• Google / YouTube: revoke access at Google security settings, then email us to delete stored data.
• By email: write to privacy@qypu.ai from your account email.

What we delete

Access tokens, profile and page data received from the platform, drafts, media and analytics linked to the account. We keep a minimal audit record of the deletion itself, and data we must retain by law.
