This page is the public text for AI Verify process check 8.5.1. It says how third-party rights are treated for KAS. It is a draft.

The code

The licence of this project's code is the LICENSE file in the repository. Patent terms are in PATENT_COVENANT.md. This page does not copy either document. If a link does not open, the filename is still the document.

Dependencies

docs/LICENSING_DEPS.md lists third-party code. The README says the ML-DSA binding is third-party code the project has not audited. Qypu does not claim that binding was reviewed by anyone but the author.

What KAS does not collect

KAS does not train a model. It has no training corpus to classify as copyrighted, licensed, or public-domain material. It does not emit generated articles, images, or code as its own output. It has no catalogue of that kind.

A card, a mandate, and a receipt are the operator's records. They are not a Qypu content library. A receipt stores hashes and the decision. It does not store the memo.

Models

Qypu has not selected a third-party model for a KAS product. No board, and no committee, has reviewed one. GOVERNANCE.md says no committee of that kind is seated.

If you attach a model, you must read its licence, its training-data terms, and the rights in its outputs. KAS will not do that reading for you. The gate will not detect plagiarised, trademarked, or secret text in a sentence the model wrote.

Rights claims

To send a claim, email privacy@qypu.ai with the subject "KAS rights claim". Name the work. Say where you found it. Say how to reach you. Say what you want done.

No takedown desk is operating. No staffed intake, no case numbers, and no published response time exist for rights claims. The mailbox routes to Byron Fuller. Whether it is monitored is not confirmed on this page.

Qypu will not promise a removal from a third party's system. If the material is in a copy you run, you are the person who can delete it.
