Is AI really for a business my size?
If you have 10 to 250 people, yes. Businesses that size rarely have an AI team, and often no IT team, so admin hours come out of the people you need on customers. qypu brings the team; you bring a job you'd like to stop doing. Up to 50 people, we set it up remotely from ready-made job packs (Core). From 50 to 250, we run a 30-day audit and then operate the agents for you (Managed).
What will it cost me?
The health check is free. The readiness audit is a fixed fee, agreed before we start and credited against setup if you go ahead. Each job we take on has a fixed setup price, then a monthly fee to run it. If you prefer, part of that can be a share of the savings we measure against the baseline you signed. No per-seat fees. Prices on this page are placeholders and not final.
What do you see on our computers?
Only the work apps you approve, only for the weeks agreed, only on the computers you choose. We record steps (opened, copied, sent), not a video of your screen. Personal details are masked before they leave the machine. Your team can see what's recorded and pause it.
What if an agent gets it wrong?
Agents check their work against your records and stop when something doesn't match. Anything above the limits you set waits for your OK, and every action can be undone.
Do we have to change our software?
No. Agents work in the tools you already use: your email, spreadsheets, and accounting package.
Will this replace my staff?
It replaces the re-typing and chasing, not the people. Most owners use the time for customers, for growth, or for going home on time.
